Katie y Micah es una joven pareja que se muda a un nuevo hogar. Desde siempre, Katie ha estado convencida de que a su alrededor hay fuerzas demoníacas que la observan y la intimidan. Su novio se interesa en el tema y decide instalar una cámara en la habitación para saber si ocurre algo mientras están dormidos. Las imágenes que recoge la cámara son tan espeluznantes que difícilmente volverán a conciliar el sueño sin caer en el terreno de las pesadillas.
